How Holiday Cabin, ownership works.
The Cabin is for the sole use of the owner and their nominated guests. This gives a prime location at a fraction of the cost of owning a holiday house or apartment. Length of permitted stay is for 108 nights a year (every weekend) or a 45 day continuous period allowing you to enjoy all the benefits of coastal living.
Lawns, gardens and Park facilities are maintained, so the only thing you and your family need to do is enjoy yourselves. The annual site fee includes water and gas usage, electricity is metred separately.
